At My Modest Lady (https://mymodestlady.in/), we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please review our return and refund policy below.

Product Information & Color Disclaimer

We display high-quality images of our products to show accurate design, fabric texture, and color.

However, slight color variations may occur due to:

  • Mobile phone or computer screen settings
  • Display resolution
  • Brightness/contrast settings
  • Lighting during photography

⚠️ No return or refund will be accepted due to color mismatch caused by digital device display differences.

Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • Return request must be raised within 2 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • All original tags, packaging, and invoice must be intact.
  • The product must not have stains, perfume smell, makeup marks, or signs of usage.
  • Share clear photos and preferably a 360-degree unboxing video.

Returns will not be accepted for minor differences in color, texture perception, or personal preference.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or washed products
  • Products without original tags or packaging
  • Sale or discounted items (unless damaged)
  • Returns requested due to digital screen color variation
Damaged / Defective / Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Inform us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Share clear photos and preferably a 360-degree unboxing video.
  • After verification, we will offer a replacement (subject to availability) or refund.
Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation will not be accepted.
Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel before dispatch.

Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect the approved returned product:

  • Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refund will be credited to the original payment method.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our mistake.

We are currently not accepting any exchanges.
