Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

During peak seasons, sales, or new collection launches, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Coverage

My Modest Lady ships products to all locations across India through trusted and reputed courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Estimated Delivery Time
  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
  • Other Locations: 5–7 business days
  • Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors such as weather conditions, transportation delays, natural calamities, or unforeseen logistical issues.

If there is any unexpected delay (such as out-of-stock products or courier disruptions), we will inform you via your registered email address or mobile number.

Shipping Charges

Free Shipping:

  • Free shipping on all orders above ₹2099/- across India.

Paid Shipping:

  • ₹85/- for orders below ₹2099/- (up to 500g).
  • Every additional 500g will be charged ₹35 to ₹60.

The final shipping amount will be clearly displayed at checkout.
There are no hidden charges such as extra taxes or packaging fees.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS containing:

  • Courier company name
  • Tracking number
  • Tracking link

You can use the tracking number to monitor the delivery status of your order.

Delivery Address

Products will be delivered to the shipping address provided at the time of placing the order. Please ensure that the address and contact details are accurate.

My Modest Lady is not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

Proof of Delivery

All products are considered delivered and accepted once handed over at the provided shipping address. Courier proof of delivery will serve as confirmation.

Delays & Liability

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, My Modest Lady is not liable for delays caused by courier companies, postal authorities, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond our control.
